as far as i can see, you are the only one hating on him in this thread.
to OP, check the feedback tab in a member's profile, ask for detailed pics if you want to or make sure there are at least pics of the items he is selling. get all contact info (address, phone numbers, etc.) and don't be stupid about it. if they sound sketchy and keep changing what they're saying, be wary. if it's too good to be true, it probably is. and finally, do some research to make sure you're not getting ripped off.

If you want to be safe when buying an item get the sellers name, number, e-mail, home address and ask their age. If they're under 18 I'd ask for their parents phone number. If they don't give you this info I'd suggest not buying from them. Always use Paypal as well and be sure to send the money for goods. That way you can file a claim if anything happens. For selling I'd only accept Paypal and when you do sell an item print off a USPS label through Paypal. This way you and the buyer can track the item. Plus if the package gets lost in the mail you're not liable. Always put pictures of the items for sale in your for sale thread. No one will buy your items without proof of you owning them. And always ship your sold items within 1 or 2 days. No one likes waiting weeks for an item.
