My band just put out our first single.

You guys have probably seen me post on here a while back, but we just recorded our first single in a professional studio. We recorded with Nick Bilotta of Holly Heist/Arcuates at Dinowax Studios in Biddeford, Maine. If you've got a second please check it out and leave me some feedback. It means the world to us.

sir, thanks! The studio we recorded at is actually co-run by Alex Roy of Sparks The Rescue. Not sure if you're into pop punk, but if you are definitely check them out.

Dude just because you dont like it, doesnt mean you should hate on it. Writing music and getting a solid recording takes a shit load of time. If someone is stoked on something they wrote, let them be, as a fellow song writer, it pisses me off so bad to people like you who hate just because you can.

the song wont load for me, but ill try again later. Non the less, im stoked for you because i know the feeling of getting your first tracks done

Chick singer is a great touch. The production value is pretty good too. Harmonies, kinda different form, stuff like that is what makes it imo.

Thank you! We were pumped to finally get it out there. It's been a long time in the making. The production is fairly decent in my opinion. There are little things that I can pick out that I don't like, but for what we paid it was worth it.

How much did you end up paying for the session? Me and some buddies set up a little basement studio last summer, and for under a grand, you can get all the stuff to make a functional recording set up. Ghetto, but functional.

pretty sick song,   i was expecting more amateur sounding for some reason.
BUT
i absolutely hate the name Beyond Goodbye.   sounds way to dramatic and i honestly think you'll limit your fan base with that name.   just my opinion

Not a huge fan of the name myself either, but changing it is more of a pain in the ass than it's worth haha. With all the money in merch, and the recognition changing the name would be hard.
