Looking to buy a camera what should i get?

so basicly im sick of never getting shots, thus im buying a camera. My price range is around 400-600 dollars and im looking for somthing that is durable and shoots in great quality.  I dont know too much about cameras but i was considering buying a vxc200, hc 1, or a gl2.  If anyone has a camera that they are willing to sell in my price range, or has any suggestions please tell me. Thanks alot guys!
