Best way to get your mind of skiing when your injured?

a few days ago, while i was skiing i got seriously injured..i broke my foot and ankle...and twisted my knee i am out for the rest of the season...i have two problems how should i keep my mind off skiing...and when i can start again..if i am scared my injury will happen again how to i get over the fact it isnt going to happen?
