before you guys say anything about going to a BOOT FITTER i will i just want a ball park estimate of what size i will be needing if i wear a size 9.5 shoe and im wearing 27.5 atomic boots now?

Should be 27.5 (I have 27.5s and I wear 9.5 running shoes).
But I'd really recommend getting them fitted.

If you are getting them fitted, the boot fitter will tell you what size to get.
