Learning Double Corks

Firstly I'm sorry if this has been discussed somewhere else, I couldn't find it with the search.

I'm wondering if anyone had experience with double corks and could lend a tip on landing a first couple on a trampoline or off high bars into foam pits etc.. 

Any advice?

do them into a foam pit/water first. then a tramp with a throw pad. then a tramp without a throwpad. then a pow jump. then you are ready to take it to the park and show all your buddies

i don't know about you, but there's nowhere near me that has a foam pit or water ramp. closest i can get is doing it on skates. i think a skatepark near me has them their. i try single flips on skates to practice for skis.

practice misty 5's to your back cause that kinda throws you into the double and becomes more corked.

Learn cork 7's on the trampoline. Gradually take it into a double bug roll by doing the cork 7 and then keeping your momentum going until you land on your back- so you'll have a 1 1/4 cork to your back. Keep doing those until you get comfortable with them. Next just have someone throw a pad when you try it. By doing the bug roll you'll get yourself ready to do a double- all you need to do is make sure you commit to it on the tramp. Once its on the tramp, just decide where you feel like taking it- whether thats to water or snow.

get like cork 10s down, then its more just about that last off axis spin. get dub backs down first too.

I live in England and luckily there's a gymnastics place called K2 in Crawley where I go every week, they have a foam pit, trampoline and all the other gymnastics stuff!
