i know this is retarted but i lost the instruction manual for mine.

its on 4 and i want like 3 (i think thats the higher res?)

r5 is 1080/30 which is the highest quality
r4 is 720/60 which is in my opnion the best mode

fuck i lost mine to but i think 4 means like a taller view(better for helmet shots) and 3 is like if you want super slow mo and 4 is high resolution then 3 i think some one correct me if im wrong

bottom button till you hit SEL. press top button. once you see an F, press bottom button. you will then see r4, which is the mode you are on. the top button toggles through the modes, so hit it untill you get r3 ( 720p 60fps) or r5 (1080p 30fps). then press the bottom button and voilà!
