I know stupid thread but, when I spin on jumps I spin to the left, and when on rails I have my right foot forward and can only spin off to my left... is that common?
I often find spinning out of rails and boxes blind is a lot scarier, but if you can do it well then great. I think everyone has that problem when they first start spinning out because they have to adjust themselves to whichever direction they're spinning out. As you get better and practice spinning blind and front I'm sure it becomes much easier.
I hit boxes and rails turned to the right, so I spin to the left to do front swaps. Which makes front swaps significantly easier because my natural direction of spinning is to the left.
