Armada fleece size

hi all,
I am looking to spend my xmas money and i quite fancy some of the armada fleeces (M1 and JRS). i was wondering on the sizing. i would not wear them for skiing so "it goes down up to my kneecaps" is not what i am looking for. I have a couple of their t-shirts in L and they fit perfect. do their fleeces fit the same. thanks for any input. i'm 6ft and about 75-80 kg

I have an Armada softshell hoodie from last year in XL and the zipper is 32 inches.

Their hoodies (at least this years) fit alot like normal hoodies do. I'm 6' 3" and both XL and L fit me, XL is just baggier in the arms and barely longer. Just buy whatever size t-shirt you wear and you'll be fine.

The M1 and JRS are not long fitting hoodies and the sizing runs normal IMO. If you want a long fitting hoodie get the Fievel... Runs SO long I love mine. Quality on all of my Armada hoodies is super awesome. A lot thicker material this year so they're nice and warm.

i'd get xl, im 6'2 and have xl and find it a little small for every day use.

sorry, don't have a camera with me at the moment or else i would but the zipper length is 28 inches and while its laid out flat and zipped up the distance between the armpits is 25 inches so just compare those measurements to another one you have.

ive been looking on the armada website and i love the M1 fleece too.

when you say the zipper is 28 inches do you mean from the neck straight down? i mean, starting right up at the neck? im 183cm (6 foot) and that measurement makes it end about 5 inches below my waist. does this sound right?

also, what about the material? is it heavy? would you wear it under a jacket while skiing or is it more or a causal type thing?

questions are fine, zipper length is what it sounds like, i measured the zipper from the very top of the zipper to the very bottom. the fabric is a normal weight, not exactly the warmest hoodie but good enough to wear under a jacket if its not too cold out. those measurements were taken on an xl icon, but the M1 is probably the same sizing. thanks a lot. assuming the two types of hoodies use the same sizing, does it get wider as you go from a L to a XXL, or does it get longer? or both? because im not after something that's really baggy around the middle but i like the sound of a 28 inch zipper
