What to use to clean goggles

Hey guys, my crowbars are fogging on me a lot and are pretty dirty, but i can't get them clean just using the case. Any tips on what to use to clean them up and get the moisture out of the lense?

Moisture in the lens is bad. That means the lens is ruined.
