Urban and Cops

so today i was hitting urban with two friends using my banshee and a cop pulled up next to us i was fucking scarred. anyway he just wanted to see what we were doing but that got me wondering. can i get arrested for hitting urban.

Yes you can, it is destruction of property so you can be arrested, most people won't have you arrested unless they are d bags, most just ask you to either clean up when you are done, or just straight Get the fuck out

skis have metal edges, which scrapes if off much faster than any weathering. you can also break the rail and other things.

possibly trespassing if its at a school, also the property owner might get mad if you are endangering yourself/others around you because it could leave them open to a lawsuit

about hitting urban...be respectful, because unfortunately, you're just about always gonna be in the wrong, it's the nature of hitting urban. Most people won't care, but listen to them regardless. If it's on someone's property and the owner asks you to leave, leave. Same goes for cops in public.

Everything deteriorates over time, it doesn't mean that you can wreck another person's property just because one day it's going to break or fall apart.



OP, you can get tickets (trespassing, destruction of private/public property, etc.) but it's unlikely you will ever get arrested for it. In most cases they just say "You can't do that here" and ask you to leave. As long as you are courteous, you probably will never get ticketed.

Never gotten any tickets, only kicked out.

We even talked our way out of getting arrested by homeland security once. Just gotta be polite.

if you're 15 you should be able to spell "would". Most likely they wouldn't arrest you/charge you with anything; they would probably just hold you till your parents came and picked you up.

You won't get arrested for urban. Maybe ticketed. You will probably be arrested if you acted like a fucking tool and not complying with the officer.

i don't think you can get arrested if you under 18? only sent to juvy.

for that matter, if you really that worried don't do it. Its part of the risk of hitting an urban rail.

You will NOT get arrested unless you're an ass hat, have anything else on you that might get you arrested, or are doing serious damage.

OP you are not going to be arrested for hitting urban. Depending on how big of an ass the guy is you may get a ticket or just sternly told to leave.
