How to clean Splice lens?

Just wondering if there's any special way to clean splice lenses without ruining them. +K for solid answers.

the micro-fiber bag that comes with all goggles. gently breathe on the outside (CONDUNSATEINGG!11) and rub the lens with the bag. if you're talking about the inside, i'm not too sure because it's tricky with the anti fog stuff; you don't want to wipe it off.

my friends always complain about foggy goggles so i guess wiping the anti fog stuff off would be why
what's the best way to defog goggles btw?

The best way to clean the lenses it is just taking them out.
