So my name is Blake Wiehe and I have been chosen to run a contest for the Young Riders Mountain Bike Program. I am the junior board member and offered the idea of running a contest through a "ski forum website I have been apart of for quite some time that I could promise would create wonderful results". (P.S. <--- That's you guys). Young Riders is a bike program based out of Park City, Utah that trains kids from ages 6-15 around bikes, from just learning to competitive racing. I have been apart of young riders since a young age, and since I turned 16, I've quit the program and been on the board for over a year now.
We are looking for a new design that could hopefully turn a few heads that just look past the old logo that's been around for all these years. All of you out there with talents in photoshop and other graphical design tools are free to enter.
Rules are as follows:
- Design must be fun for kids (ages 6-15)
- It must clearly say 'Young Riders' in it
- Should be easy to read and simple (to be put on the jereseys as well as just paper)
- Post entry in thread, or PM me link or photo if you feel safer about displaying your work in that manner.
- Winner will be chosen by board members exactly one month from today (at next board meeting, Feb. 12)
- Winner will be promptly sent $100 prize for rights to use their work (money has already been budgeted and ready to send)
- Keep it clean, 'cool', and appealing for all!
