are they much better than the T hall boots? they're the same price. they have different cuffs. i don't really see what differences the different cuffs cause.

Well they have been some shade of green/lime green since the boot was first released so I would assume that they will stick with something similar though I can't be sure. If possible wait until SIA press releases to see what they look like, but I'm guessing you're working on something that needs to be completed sooner than that.
