has anyone ever skied at la grave in france? some buddies and i are considering on roadtripping there and it looks ridiculously awesome but others experiences are always useful.

ive havnt skied there but its above tree level for most of the part so make sure you no what you doing with avalanches and crevasses. similar to chamonix from what ive heard but chamonix has alot more runs.

Dudes this area is total back country, so you better know what your doing on a mountain like this , it's not a place for the average skier, so be aware it's a great place to ski if you've been around but not the place to see if you can handle it, it's a place to respect Mother Nature !!!

Looks sick, but they don't have much snow only 80 cm on the south side, and 140 on the north at the peak 10 and 20 nearer the base

Go to chamonix you will be blown away so spectacular and also there are more people there hire a guide if you are gonna go ski la grave tho if you don't no it
