So background is this. I am coming off two consecutive ACL injuries from this god forsaken sport that I love so much. I haven't skied a full season in 3 years. I have finally recovered from my second reconstructive surgery on the same knee and I'm FULLY back in commission. I am looking for some friendly advice on the sticks in the industry these days. After doing a bit of research it seems like the majority of companies have moved toward a rockered or hybrid rocker style. It was obvious to me when I did my search that shit is a little different than when I was first injured. I've decided in good faith that I need to give up the park to avoid another knee raping (Both injuries occurred overshooting tables). That said I will be sticking to riding fast and hunting for powder and cliffs when the snow is proper. I'm 6' tall and weigh 180lbs. I'm looking for a good all around ski that will work well inbounds but maybe be a bit more geared to bigger BC lines. Again I'm asking for some advice due the products changes that happened while I was sitting my ass on a stationary bike. THANKS!!!
