So i have finals tomorrow.I have adhd. and i have some 54mg concerta. When is the most effective time to take them? When i am craming the night before? or maybe an hour or so before my final?

depends. take them the night before and be able to study all night and not sleep. take them before the test and be able to focus throughout the test. the choice is yours
