picking colleges is something best done by visiting the school, meeting people there is done by being there or facebook.

I think this would be NS diving into something thats absolutely not related to what its about at all.

Regionals accomplishes that just fine.  And to be honest, if they won't even fix critical site issues like video and search bars then why are they going to make something like this?
