It takes me forever to fall asleep, hence this thread at nearly 4a.m. My brother passes out in less then 5 minutes, it takes me sometimes hours. I'm in boston right now and can't f'ing sleep, any advice on how to pass out faster? How long does it take you guys to fall asleep.
