Grip removal on scott poles?

How do most people remove the grips on scott poles such as the team poles? i want to use heat like a blow dryer or boiling water but im afraid it will warp/ruin the rubber on the grip. does this happen or is it something i should not be worried about?

hairdryer works best, but it will melt the rubber if you leave it on for too long

There is no need for heat or hot water, just use a vise or a door jam works great too.

Submerge in hot water for about 2 mins, grab grip and pull. They slide off a treat. Worked fine with both my pairs.

run them under hot water for a min or 2, then you can pull them off really fucking easy,

Mine came off with strength, it was really fucking easy. But then again I have meat on my bones, you don't.

Just twist and pull, some shops have like a metal half tube that you slam into the grip and it pops out.

i did it on sunday and all u need to do is pull it off and use handsoap to slide it back on becuz the soap will dry up and eveaporate and wont be greasy like wd-40.
