Inception and time in dreams

in inception they say that 5min of real time = 1hr in a dream and 5min in a 1st level dream = 1week in a 2nd level dream. is this increasing at a set rate? +k for any insight

There are infinite different possible rates of change. Two points is not enough information to know for sure...

it is true that an hour in a dream is only a couple minutes of reality and you have hundreds of dreams each night

but yeah you can't tell rate of change based on 2 points

after i watched inception my couch was covered in blood, brains and fragments of my skull. its that mindblowing. i dont even attempt to watch it baked.

its not mind blowing until the last scene which, after some thought, isn't that mind blowing either

but the whole premise of the movie is pretty fucking crazy

It was good... shame they didn't make it better by ditching the special effects and plot holes. Tried too hard to make it into a summer blockbuster.

yeah like why was there no gravity in the hotel level but as soon as they go deeper into the snow base whilst still in the gravity-less van there's free gravity for everyone?

maybe they wouldn't be impacted by the lack of gravity as much in such a deeper level but there would still be some traces of it
