haha ya i know but i do both cuz its fun but i dont really take raceing seriously thats why im on here not paying 300 $ at my local shop

all I have to say is go to reps.
I get all my race gear from fischer and atomic reps in the summer. you get next years stuff before anyone else + its 80% less.

I know thats not very helpful, but if your willing to wait you will save tons. also www.raceskis.com outlet is nice

also the fischer z17's are top quality but more expensive.

A lot of park bindings are/can be used in the racing world. FKS and the Rossi/Look PX series. What kind of skis are you using? Are the plates on them predrilled?

there fischer skis that have been drilled the guy broke the binding and he used to ski park back in the day so when i asked him about race skis he was pretty amazed i was wanting to race and sold me them for like 40 bucks. only a few scratches on the top sheet and almost nothing on the base
