we have been there. i have worked there. it doesnt have all the foampits and huge skateparks of windells, but it does have a pretty damn good tramp. its a lot smaller too, so you will probably get to know everyone in the freeski crew if not in your entire session. park is not as big as windells but it doesnt need to be: it only needs to serve a quarter of the people that windells does. jumps are just as good, rails are just as good. theres just fewer of them. the coaches are great teachers. malone and willard have been doing it for a long ass time. maks gorham/sean decker(whoever ends up staying this summer) are good too, though maks is less experienced. they will walk you through a trick from teaching you on the tramp to taking it to snow. MHSSC also costs only a little over half the price of windells. so you can go 2 sessions for the same price. if youre there to ski as much as possible then go to MHSSC. its also a ridiculously laid back. like i said above, you will get to know everyone, and a whole lot of them will be really chill. this camp serves every discipline of skiing/snowboarding besides disabled, so you have a lot of different people. and racing means racer girls ;)
bottomline: you will have the best week of your life no matter where you go, but at MHSSC you can get 2 weeks for the same price
