Are there any ski resorts in slovenia or bulgaria?

if so, is it hard to learn slovenian or bulgarian and is it hard to get visas there?

yes in both bulgaria and slovenia, its very cheap compared to the alps.
Depends where you are from, if you are from a country in the EU then you can move there and work without a visa. If you are from a none EU country you will need a work visa, but im not sure how much that will cost.
