Intuition Liners Packing Out Super Fast?

anyone elses intuition liners packing out ridicuously fast? ive had maybe 35-40 days on them so far and they are atleast a full boot size smaller whiich is pretty fucked up. so much for expecting them to last 3 years at this rate.

im guessing you meant bigger?
work with a boot fitter to try to take up some space in the boot.
ever boot is going to pack out. my tecnicas felt awesome when i first got them, almost too tight. this past week of skiing, i felt like i was moving around a ton...

i think you mean a boot size bigger.... because when they pack out they dont get smaller. And you buy liners with the intention of them packing out. I doubt it should take that long for them to pack out anyways.

ye sorry of course I meant bigger.

and of course I wanted them to pack out but most other boots I have had did not change a full size within 40 days of riding. Like the liners are going to be packed out to shit before the season is out!

did you have them properly heat molded before you started skiing them? If not, the boots are just molding to your feet from the heat your feet are producing. ID liners dont pack out too much if they were molded from the getgo.

pull the liner out and put your foot in the shell, toes all the way to the front of the boot. see how many fingers you can fit behind your heel. you shouldn't be able to pack out your liners enough for a whole boot size.

same as me, mine are really packing out on my new hd's. i am thinking now i maybe coulda got 1 size smaller.

if sitting in a chair for 2 hours trying on boots is not going to a bootfitter, i dont know what is....

Well, either you went to a bad bootfitter, or you opted for the bigger size, despite the advice from the bootfitter. I see this all the time.

me too, some ppl just dont believe us when we say that they are gonna be snug for the first few times out. Liners are always gonna get a bit bigger. Im all about the 1 finger shell fit for true skiers!

maybe i shouldnt have capped the toes. and i donno i tried on the 27's 26's and then the 26.5's ( which i got ) and he said the 27's were too big and the 26's might be too small. so then we tried on th 26.5 and he said it was a good fit and i said where my toes where and he said thats where they should be. and now i have some room, but they are still tight..

yes, they pack out fast, which is why you get fucked if you don't know how to properly size them.

especially if you buy the Plush ones... definitely make sure you opt for the firmest ones you can get.
