Flipping Tricks

I want to learn a frontflip and backflip, but i always get nervous and chicken out off the jump. I can do frontflips and backflips easily on a trampoline and diving board. Whenever Im about to takeoff though, i always chicken out, cause i feel like im goin to break my neck. How can i do a frontflip or backflip on the snow now? any vids to help me out would be appreciated

If you chicken out you're more likely to break your neck.

i learned and landed my first fronts over this past xmas break..started off on a powder day there was a little knoll type poppy thing on a trail so i just tried one..landed on my butt..then second time to my feet..when i fell didnt hurt at all..then next day when it was groomed i went back tried it again.landed first time.
then later that week went to the park and found a moderate sized jump..not huge..and not super lippy or poppy...tried them first time lost a ski when i landed on my tails..second time flipped and washed out ..third time right to my feet perfect...just really gotta start small work your way up..i went from soft knoll kicker type thing..to that groomed..then a jump..worked well for me..and dont be scared..frontflips really cant hurt that much...

this i quite rediculos that he could get around on this, iwaluldnt try it like he did, find a bigger jump and if u spin half as fast as that kid u will get around, remember to pop before flipping, dont just lean forword off the lip.
