So, i've been riding on my Line Shadows for 3 years now. They've had some pretty great seasons on them. But now, they're too short (157 and im 5'6) and beyond beat up. Im looking to buy new skis beacuse i work as park crew at a local mountain and they just cant stay together one full shift. I've been looking at the ARW's, the Moment Stilettos, Line Celebrity, and the Amplid Allure.... can anyone help me pick?? thanksss
I've ridden this year's Line Shadow (no female-o) and had great fun, and I would definitely recommend it. It's very light, nicely stiff underfoot, but playful in the nose and tail. I rode the 167, which is way, way too short for me (even though the nose is fatter than I'm used to, which compensated somewhat) but for you it would probably be a lot more repsonsive and enjoyable.
