Replying to ON3P Jeronimo's too much for new skiier?

So long story short; I used to ski, decided to follow everyone else and snowboarded and now I want back into skiing. I was looking for a nice all mountain ski that could slay the park and the JMO's seem to fit the bill. I'm 6'0" 145 (skinny mother I know...) and was planning on getting the 181's...?

I was just curious to see what you all thought and whether or not it would be a good ski to re-learn on or if its gonna be a shit load to handle. Also if anyone wants to reccomend me some good all mountain bindings/boots I'm down for any suggestions! Thankssss NS.
