Replying to First Drop

So i recently bought a first drop jacket and black sleeves to go with it. When the black sleeves came in the mail I tried to put them on for a few minutes, but it wasn't working. Long story short FD sent me two left sleeves for my jacket. When i emailed them four days ago they responded and said that they will check if they have black sleeves in the warehouse. They have not responded in three days and I am kind of upset. Just wondering has this happened to anyone else.
