So i recently bought a first drop jacket and black sleeves to go with it. When the black sleeves came in the mail I tried to put them on for a few minutes, but it wasn't working. Long story short FD sent me two left sleeves for my jacket. When i emailed them four days ago they responded and said that they will check if they have black sleeves in the warehouse. They have not responded in three days and I am kind of upset. Just wondering has this happened to anyone else.

Who cares? just rock one black sleeve, or wear the jacket as is. it's not that big of a deal, no one is going to judge you for it.

yeah ive noticed some not so good quality of first drop. they responded pretty fast to my issue though.   since they are really busy w/ all their orders just give them a little and im sure they will get you a right arm for free

Thats not really the point. If he ordered two white sleeves he should get two white sleeves.

the only problem that i had was that my hoodie had snap half way down the back of it (way to far down for the hood to touch) and no snap on the hood. i was offered a "free gift" for with my next order. w/e that means

Dude have you ever spent money on something? Generally people like to get what they payed for. If the sleeves are in the mail then thats fine but if they have just straight ignored it for 4 days that sucks.

On a side note, WTF? First Drop has interchangeable sleeves or something now?

Just keep bugging them. Its what i had to do when they sent me pants instead of the jacket i ordered.

i've heard such mixed reviews about the customer service

my friend returned a suit a little more than a month ago and as of last time i checked still hasn't got his money back.

there stuff isn't for me anyways

theyll eventually send you the extra sleeves, but till then just rock the sleeves that come with the jacket, i didnt have any problems with my order but thats cuz i got it through my friend for a discount cuz he bot in bulk
