Flah player help

so i have had issues with flash player. i figured this would be a good place to post because you guys tend to be the most computer savvy section of ns. i run windows 7, and flash player died on me a while ago for like a week, came back and is now gone again. i tried updating it and deleting with revo uninstaller and updating drivers to no avail. this is really annoying as i cant do shit on here like videos, music, not even itunes or windows movie player. any attempts help would be greatly appreciated and rewarded with k. thanks
