Smaller video size?

i have a small edit that ways 965 MB and i wanna make it smaller in size its only a 5 minute video and its recorded in a not HD GoPro so it shouldnt be that big...

help? does anyone know a program that could work for reducing the video size?

you could download mpeg streamclip and convert it to some other file type. but your quality will go down. thats the only thing i can think of right now
