Best editing program for the gopro HD?

I have always used imovie.... and just recently upgraded to the new imovie 11. I find it work awesome with the footage I get from my gopro.

anyone have a favorite? or know what they think works best with the gopro footage?

There are like 38392628 threads on this. It's personal preference but iMovie sucks dick. Get fce at least

yeah, definitely go for FCE or FCP if your on the mac.
if your on PC deff go with Adobe Premiere Pro

I've tried FCP and can't figure it out. the shit just never works the same with each clip. I made a 20 min movie with FCP and now I'm switching to iMovie. iMovie let's you play around with enough features that I can do what I need. Plus I don't have to reformat my clips making it so I loose quality. I don't have the patience for FCP anymore. Though I might try bringing my iMovie project into FCP after I have done most of the work.

also, even though there might be other threads on this, they never end up the same. it won't be the last time someone posts this thread title either.

Can't you get premere pro for mac? Thats what alot of my friends use, it also workd well in conjunction with after effects because there both adobe

fcp/fce look kinda complicated, thats just my opinion

I use imovie. I downloaded FCE but have absolutely no idea how it works or how to do anything in it.

sony vegas movie studio 10 platinum. so much rendering settings you can use!!!! and its not crashing like vegas 9 or 8
