After a lot of trial and error I have finally constructed a dolly I am very content with, I used angle and straight pieces of aluminum, rivets, ball bearings from skateboard wheels, 3/8" nuts and bolts, 1/2" pvc with 4 elbow joints and 4 t-joints and some time.
