I really want to start doing some yoga. Nothing intense or hardcore, i kind of just want to start out with some basic stretches, exercises, and poses. I've threads here about kids going yoga. They swear their skiing has improved. +K for help!
actually, i take it back im not a bitch. i could do all that searching, but obviously some of those sites are shit. the rest may be good, but not all of the workouts are as good as the top 2 or 3 sites. so i ask NS what has worked specifically to them.
Learn the breathing aspect first and it makes everything else easier. Never push yourself too far in the stretches or you could tear muscles and miss some ski time.
