EDITING TIPS....

so heres me and my buddys edit for the brake...im gunna put up a full hd tonight but this is just kinda to start. any tips/comments welcome.

overused song, beware of snow on the lens, and i know you said editing tips but you're trying too hard on your afterbang. not terrible though

pick a song then edit to make it fit the song. dont just edit then throw in a song

id put this in media and arts, you'd probably get more feedback.

as for feedback, the edit was good overall, but try to keep your lens dry and clean. i know its hard to on snowy days especially with a gopro (at least i think u used one) but every now and then just check the lens for water or snow.

no flow at all. first shot of the edit is skiing. add some lifestyle/random shots. im guessing you put together the shots then added the song afterwards. i recommend choose your song first then edit along with the song. sorry sounds harsh but just constructive criticism.

I didn't feel like he was tryn to hard to afterbang, if anything it looked like there wasn't a whole ton of control in his landings.

I felt the footage was really flat, and the snow on the lens got annoying.

But like the topic says your looking for tips, so giver time and your edits will improve.
This wasn't terrible though, I watched it all the way through.

good edit i think i could have used some scenery and some transitions. also if you have color corrector available i would fool around with those
