Time Lapse Help!

I need help with my GoPro time Lapse. I mad an egg timer panning device last night tried it out this sunrise today and it worked fine, but I all i need now if a time Lapse program.
If anybody knows of any Time Lapse Software/Program i really need it

I use quicktime pro to create the timelapse. Then open the finished timelapse in FCP.

Use quicktime player 7 go file, open image sequence

You filmed it or took pictures every X seconds? If it's video, simply fast forward, but I think you know this...
