Replying to Top Rated section in Videos

I suggest that the top rated section be updated weekly or something...the same videos are in there for seriously years with a few new ones breaking in every now and then. It would be nice to have the option of selecting top rated of the day, week, month, and then all time. that way new videos that are rated high can get recognition without having to compete against videos that have been in the top rated section for years.
