haha no dude, im not too concerned about my "brogan mixtape"...im just another NS'er who enjoys watching sick new edits. of course i have mad respect for the guys like CR and Steeger whos edits do deserve to be top rated, but when edits like ambitions of a ridah are still on the first page of top rated all this time later i just feel like a filter would come in handy to help new edits get out there for everyone to see

youre talking like march 2009 is yesterday. this is a good idea, have it so every month it resets or some shit. some of the dumb shit on top rated shouldnt even be there too. like afterbang thug, fuck that. and cr johnson videos, respect for him dying but i dont want to see his videos all over top rated

No hate here, I asked a question, voiced my opinion and concurred that there should in fact be a filter possibility for videos.

I just don't see the point in your opinion that why are the same old videos in there for years. The reason is because they are well done and popular throughout the times. Over half of those videos in the first three pages are from the last 7 months and there's a lot of change going on periodically. Still, filtering by date sounds good.

Then you can go and give those videos a 1. Luckily it's a democracy in here.

no hate here? whats with the jon brogan mixtape callout bro? true. top rated used to be way worse having shit like twall and edollo hitting nz in 2007. its not that bad now but a monthly top rated would be good, in my opinion. there's good videos that are uploaded but never really seen because they aren't in top rated.

I think that's just a problem of the increase in site traffic and most of all, bandwidth. Back in 2002 or so it took a long time even to take a look at one trick in the jump section - nowadays I only check Edits and Top Rated and I'm pretty sure it's a trend. Now, if you want a video or picture to get views and recognized, you have to figure out the time of the day for optimal view-to-uploading ratio. This way your posting won't get flooded off to second page and most people will see it.

And again, I didn't understand that I'm calling anyone out on anything. Now that I checked again, my mistake, I thought I saw the Brogan video was posted on Jan 2nd, while it is in fact from December, so sorry about that. Tired eyes make Mikko a dull little boy.
