Worlds dumbest kid found on mt bachelor oregon

So this kid loses a ski or something, its getting dark. decides to sit and a fucking snow cave for 9 hours. He hears and sees helicopters but decides to stay in the cave using skills from man vs wild and shit.

search and rescue must have been pissed.

Watched the video, kid made that shit so much harder on himself for no reason. Idk the circumstances of what exactly he went through but he could have pretty easily made it out of there before night fall, not like the kid was in the backcountry in the middle of nowhere...

so he build a tunnel and chilled out for a bit, then followed ski tracks on hands and knees to the base. . . this kid i'm sure learned to stick to groomers, other wise he may get lost again in bounds and give some ski patrollers a shitty day

exactly. On the news the kid said he followed ski tracks to get to salvation. the fact that he followed ski tracks should be enough to say that he was never in any serious danger.

I was there the day this kid was lost and skiing in the same snow... I fail to see how this kid got lost... The area where he was found was definitely skied heavily and it has a catch line cat track that goes for like 10 miles around the entire mountain... as long as you keep going down you hit the catch line and can walk that back to the lodge. I sure hope the family gets to shell out the $1000 an hour to find this kid. (also ATT and Verizon have perfect coverage on the mountain... don't for git your cell phone dip shit)

talked to a ski patroller up there. he thinks the kid was trying to get attention and his parents dont seem to give him enough.

I guess the parents fell asleep at 10pm. kid was then found at 12pm. weirdest shit i have ever seen
