post what kind of car you have and whats done to it. I just want to see what people are rollin in that are turboed.

even if it doesnt have much turbo lag at all i still find a turbo cars powerband annoying. have you ever driven a decent NA car? I just cant see why anyone would take a similar power NA motor over a turbo motor. ive driven an e30 and e36 m3, e39 m5, s2000, rx8, r32, and a couple others that were just ok, but all the cars ive mentioned are easily more "exciting" to accelerate in. you get so much more initial punch and responsiveness than even a turbo car with no turbo lag.
Not to offend anyone, though i probably will, but people that obsess over getting as much power as possible, jack off to pumpkin sized turbo's etc.. are usually just bad drivers trying to get excitement from the part of driving that takes the least skill, accelerating. and ive met a shit ton of people with different types of cars at different events and track days, ridden with and coached these people, and its the guys with 500whp boosted cars that have no clue how to drive, and the guys in stock motor miata's, e30's, rx8's etc... that are the best drivers.
shit as long as i have a halfway decent motor, id much rather put my money into a good brake and suspension setup. you can do so much more, and have so much more fun with a well balanced car suspension and brake wise. and the less power you have the more important your braking and cornering ability matter.
