it's the Royal Dust jacket, limited release. i think it's for their athletes only. Durtschi plays around with weird designs and color patterns, most of which are actually nicer than the stuff saga releases to the public. i believe a modified colorway will be available in fall 2011 with next year's line but don't take my word for it.
here's Durtschi's blog post about the colorway inspiration: "One day in mid July when I had nothing better to do I went and played some basketball with these guys on the street. I didn't really fit in but I played it cool so it was all fine. Anyway one of the dudes had a sick jersey that inspired this jacket. I asked him where it was from so I could contact the company for the colorway since it was a pretty strange shade of blue and he flipped a shit on me. I had to defend myself before I could run away and we got in a fucking fight. It was crazy and totally unexpected. Anyway my mom got scared and sent me to live with my aunt and uncle in Bel Air"
