Go pro video what to export with adobe premiere pro CS5

Need to know what is the best exporting format for Go Pro HD video. I have a mac pro with adobe CS5 and im trying to de interlace and export with it crisp and clear. help pleasee

Hey i find tye best ones are, Vimeo hd if you wish to afterwards put it on vimeo, Youtube hd for youtube, and if you just wish to export as a file on your computer i use h.264 there are to of these so male sure you pick the hd one. Hope that helps.
