How can I split up a movie file?

I'm trying to move a movie from my computer to my ps3, but the only flash drive I have is only 512 megs. I need to split it in half so I can watch it. is there a free program out there I can do this? the file is a .mp4 and I have a mac. thanks

Use hjsplit

I useit for downloading movies and stuff and it can put them back together too

imovie won't let me drag in the file for some reason...

and the other program splits them up, but I can't watch the second half for some reason

thats a strange problem if it plays the first file and not the second one,

it splits them into the same type of file so I'm not really sure what the problem is. Sorry I can't be of any help
