everyone is fine expect scoobie

left the party around 2 due to a lift off that popo were coming, so we went back roads to avoid popo we got lost, then even more lost, then had some fun in the snow with scoobie, took bowl runs, then continued trying to get unlost. Found ourselves on a main road followed it, finished off the rest of the erb, last thing we mostly remember was getting out the car and walking back up to the main road to see if anyone could help....

actually not my car....I too have a subie but not as SICK as that ones was...

insurance hasn't said weather its marked TOTALED yet of not, but doesn't look good. If it gets the boot hes going to buy a 2.5i and just swap w/e he can from his since it runs its just all effed up on the outside. And hopefully get a good pay out on the insurance so he can make its even SICKER!!! haha

The driver was NOT DRUNK.

5 people in the car who left the party, we left with a SOBER driver.

We took back roads to get home to lessen the chance of getting caught instead got horribly lost...

In mist of it we found a huge field full of snow and blazed up there, then just cruised around the field having fun...

We left, and followed the main road to somewhere.

Honestly even the sober driver has no idea what happened, but we think he hit black ice around a blind corner hit the guard rail went through it and down into the woods. We woke up got out and walked up to the road and thats where things are clear again.

We waited for about 20-30 mins since no one had service in the middle of no where, there were no houses around....

After about 30mins a car came around the same corner almost hitting us on the side and slid to a stop, they were pretty drunk in the car but explained where we were and said they'd call for a tow truck for us but couldn't stick around since they weren't of age to drink either...

Tow truck came pulled car out, in the mist of it guy called for a cab for the four of us and we left.

Today friend called said he was there till around 6am with the cops explaining to them why he was soo far from home and the party about how he got lost in the back roads then on the way back around the corner seemed to hit a slick stop and just lost control and admitting that the tires probably should've been replaced.

Story I got wasted with a friend and her sisters friends (we are freshman and her sister and her friends are graduate and seniors) I am such an excelent drinker they gave me the expensive grey goose and my friends got the cheap shit that is like 10 bucks for a jug. I remeber something about the jersey shore and that we started drnking at 2 in the afternoon. I wound up home around 11 I got out of the car didnt close the door and walked straight into a pine tree but somehow didnt get called out on being drunk by my parents.

So your "sober" driver remembers nothing to what happen? I find this funny. I bet you guys were drunk and high and crashed. I also hope the insurance does not cover this. They will though, but I doubt they will total it out. The cost of fixing it has to be greater then the worth of the vehicle. Then you have to hope the worth of the vehicle is more then you owe on the car if you still owe money. So if you owe money, you could be screwed. Also, the insurance company will not just let you take parts from the car. If you swap the motor, you have to be able to put the other one back in so it functions correctly. Good luck on that.

My story:

i went to this kids house for a party of maybe 30-40 people, it got way out of hand maybe 500 people, outside of his house the road was packed with parked cars for like 2-3 miles. then everyone was in his basement raging and playing beer pong. some kid broke a 1000 dollar pot and the kid's house who it was just kicked everyone out. it was an insane party and i walked in on 3 people fucking, and got some action of my own, and her number. stoked.

Yes the sober driver does not remember the point between hitting the guard rail and the ground below, have you ever been in an accident? They happen very quickly, he was going about 45mph its dark as fuck out he had the high beems one and realized the corner was tighter then the thought, slammed on the breaks and off we went. Through the guard rail and down about 15ft into deep snow no trees or rocks thankfully.

He got the quote from insurance they said its totaled they will give him $11k for the car of the $14k it was insured for, he can buy the car back for $5k. Hes going to probably buy it back or ask them if he can just take off all the aftermarket parts on it since those were never covered under the original claim, he's looking at a used '07 impreza missing the engine/tranny and just swap those out of his car. The police breathilzed him a the scene and he passed with flying colors so go argue with them if you think he was drunk, he wasn't high either maybe some second hand smoke from us but really nothing...
