When adjusting din. should boots in, boots be out, or heels pulled up?

I don't think it matters, but I have mine up because if I don't I can't see the din window.

get a shop to do a release test... ITS THE ONLY WAY TO ENSURE PROPER RELEASE VALUES...
I had a brand new pair of Rossi PX15 bindings... and one of the toe pieces required a full 1.5 din higher than the other. It was just a weaker spring. Most shops charge very little for this service, as it takes about 3 minutes.
