just wondering how these skis are for park/all mountain...i ski about 50/50..i have never ridden moments,,wondering if anyone knows about the quality and the flex.. thanks
They are a good park/all mountain ski and my only ski right now. After a year of riding them (50 days or so) the rocker rockered out even more. Now they have a complete pow ski reverse camber style rocker (it's huge!). Another thing is my edge came out for about an inch underneath where I scissor and it pulled out of the end because they don't wrap completely around. So I'm missing about 5 inches total in edge. They have been pretty great skis though, I just wish they would last longer.
I've had about two years on mine. For me, they've been almost bombproof. The bases seem to be better than any other skis, I've hit tons of rocks and have 2 core shots in 2 years. Just this fall, I started getting some edge cracks underfoot, which ripped out about an inch or two, which I got rounded off so it doesn't rip out anymore. Sucks, but I just use that ski so the edge is on the outside now. Like Seth said above, mine have gotten way more rockered, so they are flat camber underfoot with a lot of rocker. After two years, I still love to use them everywhere. Pretty lightweight, pretty durable in my opinion (two years of pretty heavy riding is awesome).
