People always say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and is absolutely imperative in an action sport such as skiing. I want to know what you like to have for breakfast before a long day of skiing, and what you recommend as a high energy breakfast. Mine consists of:
- A bowl of Vector
- yogurt
- a banana
- 2-3 eggos, they have lots of calories
