I ordered some shorts and tees on the 20th of October from NS, they were on three week shipping but the shorts weren't in stock, the package however shpped on the 13th on November. It's still not arrived and I've had no reply to any of the emails I sent. The order number is 10173 if a mod reads this. Can I please have an update or a shipping number?

Either pm a red name or give it some time, you live in the UK (judging by your profile) so it will take a while. I live in the states and it takes a while for me also.

Did you ask for tracked shipping or just small packet international surface or something? The cheap shipping options take until the ass end of forever to cross the ocean. If you get expedited it usually only takes a week or two.

I had the same issue. Ask Malcolm. He's super helpful and he runs the NS Store..

read: Malcolm is sending a "delivery man" round to your house with "your order"
by 'delivery man', I mean hitman, and by 'your order', I mean your order of pain.

This is why I'm not going to order anything from the store (apart from a donator status).
It's a shame that small things like the Tshirts and hoodies would take so long to ship to the UK as they are some of the best looking clothing I've seen in a long time...

I 2nd this.
It would provide more of an incentive for European customers.

They won't take that long if you ask for expedited shipping instead of taking the cheapest option. You live in the UK - this is how mail works, it either takes a while, or you pay a little extra to make it take not as long.

I know it's not rocket surgery. I of course expect to pay a reasonable shipping fee as it's coming from continental North America but it's highly annoying that the "quicker" postage options can be almost double the amount the item ordered.

since you probably chose the cheapest shipping options and canadian shipping sucks, it was sent out by boat which can take a while.

I paid for the shipping that was about $60. it had three weeks written next to it. I had an email from Malcom on the 24th November saying it should be here by the end of the week.

I just checked the order confirmation and I'd paid for "small packets air - 2 weeks" I emailed store@newschoolers.com last week and have got no reply.
