I need Tips please!

Alright i have seen the other threads but does any one have a good vid on how to throw a good front or back flip?

And my second question is- How do i size ski's? this my first year and im 5'5 with 153 cm skis's. im looking for a new pair. Suggestions?

i can do it on the tramp and ground and wall. so i got it i just got to commit i guess. what size jump should i try it on? and to the other kid there is no videos on how to do it when i used the search bar

Jump, flip, and land.  But really if your asking about ski length and this is your first year don't try flipping.  99% chance of getting hurt pretty bad.

Yeah..it's pretty much like when you do it on a tramp..it just take a little more balls to do it on a 65 foot big air...

No its not you need ball s and technique so if its your first year skiing dont try a back or front..wait a little

If the kid wants to try flips let him... Flips are easier than 3's and the kid can 3. I say go for it. I don't think flips get easier if you're 'better' at skiing, you still have to learn the backflip the same way... As far as ski length, I'd say about 165cm for someone who is 5'5".

size around 170 if you center mount them. and i wouldnt be doin any backflips when you dont know how to size your ski.

you should probly be on 165 or 171 depending on what you like more

for a back flip hit the jump just as fast as you normally would chuck your hands and head backwards ,keep you chest open ,spot the landing early and ride away

not even gonna bother reading all the replies cause I bet there's a lotta hate

I'm 5'10 and I ride K2 Hellbents that are 189...which is friggen huge! My skis are 6'3 and i'm 5'10...

But I also ride 177 afterbangs for park, so those are just as tall as me

park skis - tall as you are

mountain / powpow skis - taller because of rocker design

do it on a side or backcountry jump first so you land in powder. then you dont get hurt
